"It was a good value and great convenience."

Very convenient to Seattle Airport, convenient to I-5, dogs welcome, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but I didn't need fancy. I was picking up a dog at the airport and needed a place to spend the night before driving home.

There could be a better outdoor area for dogs, doesn't need to be fancy, but a small fenced area outside of the parking lot would be very helpful for a pet-friendly motel.

I enjoyed the indoor hallways and cleanliness of the room. It felt secure, and the price was just right. Their Night Audit is always kind to me when I check in with her. I appreciate her great service. I also enjoyed the special attention and excellent customer service from Jessica on the evening shift when I experienced an issue with my room. She checked to make sure I'd have satisfactory accommodations in my new room when I experienced a room change as well, due to a maintenance issue with the previous one. Her courtesy and kindness meant the world to me. Thank you Jessica for all that you do and watching over the property. Facilities had excellent amount of vending for my short term stay so I didn't have to order in or go out to eat. I also liked the comfort of the bed, and modern room decor and furniture. Room had a good view.

I experienced a room change due to issues with my room and it made me late to work. There was a maintenance concern involving pests. Front desk team was professional and took good care of me in getting me moved, but I am still pretty grossed out with the condition of the premium room that I had booked. I loved that there was a coffee maker in first room but after my room change, there was none available unless I wanted to pay the additional charge to book with the Studio 6 portion of the property. I stuck with my standard single queen nonsmoking for budget. But my premium room was less than satisfactory due to the pests. It made me feel weird, and I checked all of my luggage after moving to ensure they weren't traveling with me to my new room. When I went to bathe the following morning after extending my stay, I found pest legs in the towels of my new room. I was less than satisfied with that portion of the experience as I am a bit faint about germs and pests.
