Noise in lobby Road noise all night long 3 or more bugs in room No sheets or pillow cases for pullout bed, only one thin blanket. Room was very hot upon entry and then very cool at night. I had to put pants and long shirt on to stay warm on couch Terribly uncomfortable pull out bef Lousy wifi

Breakfast fine. Location fine.

I did not like the room location for a handicapped person with a dog. I am very uncomfortable staying in rooms above the first floor. If there was a fire, I would be very challenged to walk down several flights of stairs with a Walker and a dog. I am almost 79 and physically challenged using a walker full time.
