接待人員十分親切熱情，寄放行李去逛完景點回酒店時已將行李送到房間。 又有大浴場更是加分滿滿，離車站很近，逛街用餐，轉乘巴士均十分便利，真是高cp值，有機會再來松本一定回住

It only has one elevator, but there are stairs.
