I really liked the fact all practical info about the place was sent in advance, with contact details of the staff in case I need to reach out. Location is great, close to things, room was clean, and bed was comfortable (which is rare). Everything was smooth I must say.

The room is small, more worn out and more basic than appeared on pictures. It felt like student accommodation if I'm honest, and didn't quite match the expectation creates by photos. You can't see outside through the windows as there's a film.

Was actually quite good. Fairly roomy with 3 people. Clean bathroom and shower. Plenty of free drinking water, laundry, steamer and towels available. Beat our expectations for our short stay in Seoul.
