Location and amenities were great.

Booking.com did not get my booking to the hotel but the staff was still able to accommodate at a better rate!

We loved our stay. Even with a terrible storm, we only had a quick loss of power for maybe 5 seconds and power came right back which was very reassuring. All questions I had were quickly responded to via the chat on my phone. I loved our digital door key, contactless check in/check out, and overall app for Hilton.

Two things would have made our stay even better: a second charger for the other side of the bed and goggles to borrow/rent/buy at the front desk. With a king size bed, my husband had no where on his side to put his phone for charging, and that was annoying as there wasn't an available outlet for his nightstand. As for the goggles, my child was very excited to go swimming, but we forgot our goggles at home; unfortunately, the desk did not have any to borrow, rent, or buy. If they had, it would have made our stay even more wonderful. Something I hope they will consider.

The room was spacious and convenient. The hotel suited our needs for a one-night stop on our journey. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Check-in could’ve been warmer—we got the key and had to figure out the room and breakfast on our own. The A/C was loud, but it’s fine for a quick overnight on the road. It’s fine for a quick overnight while traveling, but we wouldn’t choose it for a vacation.
