The manager was more than helpful. The room was larger than the normal motel room and well appointed as well as being spotlessly clean. Bed was a little hard but acceptable

The restaurant could have been operating.

Spartan room, old tired bathroom. After a long travel and arriving tired later at night the room wasn't that easy to find unassisted (their didn't seem to be a lot of obvious signage from the reception)

Size of room was good... the room seemed clean and the amenities all worked fine although being a little dated . Kettle and TV for example were dated.

The room location was well below par. Road noise was excessive causing a lack of sleep. Trains & road traffic constant throughout the night. Double glazing made little difference .. There were a lot of other noises from. Heating or water supply that added to the overall discomfort. Worst room location ! Another small inconvenience was not having a car park right outside the room. Instead rooms were located away from car park requiring all luggage to be carried through the building.
