Das Personal war, nachdem wir es am nächsten Tag gegen 9 Uhr vormittags das erste Mal antrafen, sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war recht bequem.

Die Informationskette könnte definitiv besser sein. Wir bekamen die Late Check-in infos erst zugesandt, nachdem ich bereits beim Hotel war, und mittels Telefon die Nacht-Rezeption kontaktiert hatte. Auch die Informationen zum Frühstück fehlten. Wir bekamen erst am ersten Morgen die Information, dass man bis 8 Uhr Abends das Frühstück hätte bestellen müssen. Man machte glücklicherweise eine Ausnahme, so dass wir unser Frühstück doch noch bekamen. Das Badezimmer war zwar ok, aber hatte den Charme eines 70/80er jahre Krankenhaus Badezimmers.
