バスルームの洗面台の下から水漏れしていた。ここはきちんと抑えて頂くところかと思います。また、周辺の部屋の声が聞こえてくる。騒いでいる人たちがいたので不快でした。
静かに寝ていると壁が軋む音がする なんとなく部屋の臭いが気になった スタッフはチェックインの時もチェックアウトの時も感じが良かった

備え付けのシャンプー使ったら髪が痛み纏まらなかった。持参すれば良かった。 明け方隣部屋が騒がしくて起きてしまいました。 全体的にはシンプルで駐車場付きなので良かったです。
フロントの態度が悪い
古い建物らしいのですが、それを感じさせないくらい改修がされていると思います。 過去に結構各地のビジネスホテルに泊まって来ましたが、所沢パークホテルさんの朝食のクオリティはなかなか高目だと思います。
