We enjoyed this hotel. It had a great location close to the train station and lots of shopping. It's a bit of a journey getting to downtown Tokyo, but we knew that when we booked it. We were visiting people and places close by, and the hotel worked out great for us.

Building is getting old. They partly need maintenance such changing paper wall at reception floor.
今年の1月1日に宿泊しました。 今回2回の利用です。 スタッフの方がとても感じよく、部屋も綺麗に清掃・整頓されていて、また利用したいです。 近くにコンビニがあるのも便利でした。 ありがとうございました。
1人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。トイレは温水シャワートイレでしたが便座は冷たかったので、温かいとよいと思いました。
ホテルが少ない所沢では、ここ一択。 スタッフの温かいおもてなしや、清潔なホテル内、リーズナブルなお値段などでリピートしています。
目の前にコンビニもあるし、2.3分あるけば西武もあるので立地もいいです。 駐車場も敷地内にあって、宿泊者は無料なのはありがたいです。 バスルームはトイレと一体型のtheシステムバス！ですが、シャワーヘッドがリファのものになっていてミストシャワーを楽しめました。
枕 タオルに臭いが残ってるのが 残念でした 接客 シャワー等は とても良かったです 加湿器もあり 部屋も静かです 臭い以外は とても良いと思います
