It is in an excellent location, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the view was lovely. Good selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. Bar area great but seats need a refurbish. Breakfast service good although small room in which breakfast is served.

The bathroom is small and outdated … very noisy extractor fan and the tap leaked in the sink. Low pressure in the shower. Toilet loose and needs a soft close lid. The floor boards in the rooms are very creaky, and the mattress on bed too firm (personal preference) Room needs decorating and updating - has a lot of potential. Bar prices expensive
