Magnuson Hotel Red Baron

Breakfast was a bag of food and wasn’t ready when we left. For the price the room was decent. However it had a horrible smell. We had to go buy room deodorizer. The shower rod was falling off the wall and the stool didn’t flush correctly. And water dripped all the time in the tub. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions. The 2nd floor walk way was supported by some kind of jacks. Not sure of the safety.

Get that smell out of the room. Fix the stool and the shower rod.

The clerk was very helpful in getting our refund.

When we drove up, the looks immediately made our decision to not stay there. The balcony was held up with industrial jacks the entire length of it and was still sagging. Some jacks were right in front of doors. On the back side one section of said balcony had totally fallen off. The exterior was very shabby and weeds were everywhere. While there weren't many cars there, the clientele we saw did not assure us that our safety was a priority. The lobby was filthy and grimy and reeked of cigarette smoke.

Ok for the price.

This was a ridiculous hotel. #1 IT HAS BUGS #2 Dirty #3 burn holes on blankets when it says “non-smoking” #4 the front desk lady Damini was completely out of line. After I told her about the room she got upset. Ran oout to our car just to say we have 5 people and we only got the room for 3 Mind you we only needed the room to get ready no one was going to stay the night Esp. After the horrid smell when you first walk in and it get worse. Room 116. Never again

Clean

Just about nothing, the bed was alright. Dead cockroaches all over the floors, one towel in the 5'0 shower. AC didn't work, but it made a weird noise. One part of the 2nd floor balcony is fallen in, and ALL of the balcony is held by structure poles. Pool is unusable and smells like shid. Only reason why i rated 3 stars is the breakfast and alright bed.

this location was perfect for what i was in town to do. My check in was delightful. Barrett was accommodating to my needs.

Easy parking, friendly helpful service

Toe nail clippings on the floor, poop splatter drops on the bathroom floor, crumbs on the bed, Cheeto under the table, chunk of hair in the sink, black mold in the bathroom.
