I did not like the fact that Expedia REFUSED to acknowledge the fact 3 DAYS ago, that the reservation was cancelled, and claimed that the hotel decides to refund or not! This is a complete LIE! If a refund is not issued it is because EXPEDIA wants to keep the money!

"It was pretty good."

I looked at breakfast, but did not eat. Juice machine down, small selection of fresh fruit and hot food was fried egg and sausage (not much variety)

Door in room was very dirty and sitting in the right light you could see things running down it. Fridge had some spots inside, but other than that it was ok

"COLD with NO hot water"

I appreciated that they accomodated me as far as my room location.

There was no dishes to use, no hot water for 2.5 days!!! There was no notifications or follow up. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. A refund and a different accomodation was never offered. Had I moved hotels, I would have paid for 2 rooms for 2 days and this was unacceptable. There should be a credit or discount offered.

Bed was hard and very uncomfortable, and the pillows were even worse. Continental breakfast was one of the worst i have ever seen... i would not stay here again. I will say though that the staff was incredibly nice and helpful and was the only bright spot of the stay...
