Sleep Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey North

I LOVED and appreciated that I could actually control the temperature in the room. Most places have a low setting of 72 or something. But we like to sleep COLD. We had the ability to control the temperature without a hassle. The showerhead had pressure and the water temp was great!

The pool was disappointing. 4 ft deep max, kinda small. The beds are full size, but advertised as a queen. My boys have queen beds at home and I a king, so at first I thought it was me. But when my boys said it was smaller than their home bed, I knew I wasn’t crazy. The tile in the bathroom was loose and one of my sons left something sticky on the floor (he stepped in gum and cleaned his shoe out in the bathroom but didn’t clean it up all the way…) and the next morning there were ants ALL OVER IT. They were coming from the loose tile. Definitely would stay again though. The price was right and we were just Hershey bound anyway!

First time we have stayed here, we will be back

Hot breakfast (standard for this type of hotel, but everything we needed), friendly staff, plenty of towels, good bedding, refrigerator/freezer… My only “complaint” is that there wasn’t much space to put anything in the shower. But this was a great stay!

Last minute stay, and it was perfect 10 minutes from Hershey Park, and all the main activites foe a portion of the cost to be on site

We Arrived late in the evening after 10 pm. Had just set my stuff on the dresser when something caught my eye by the coffee maker..a roach! Then there was another one!! I called the desk immediately and they said all they could do was give us another room. We were moved to another room across the hall, that room had “ants” on the bedding!. I booked this hotel because the ratings were very good. We were all exhausted including the children, so we thoroughly checked the room for the night and checked out early after securing another hotel for the remainder of our trip.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options, which made each morning enjoyable. Everything was well taken care of, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Only the staff from breakfast zone.Especially Valerie.We went downstairs for breakfast with my family and that girl did not stop working for a second.Always around to fill up everything.Amazing worker!

The cleaness of the pool was debatable.A very bad odor in the pool area that we did not know if it was the water that smelled or the rusted doors from the out of order bathrooms in there.Room was ok for the money.

Breakfast was the worse part not much variety. Not kept up with well.
