L accoglienza, se ci sono degli orari per l arrivo e mi presento entro quelli mi aspetto di trovare qualcuno anche solo per delle domande, invece la mia camera aveva il mio cognome stampato su un fogliettino attaccato alla porta, anche per la privacy non è il massimo...
