Finca Tomaren

La Finca est bien située dans le centre de l’île, le coin piscine est en contrebas et entouré de palmiers et les bâtiments sont très beaux. Le studio réservé pour la première nuit (sur 4 nuits) etait déjà occupé par d’autres personnes mais nous devons être indemnisés par la direction!

Les équipements dans notre logement etaient très insuffisants pour un établissement de ce standing ( très très peu de vaisselle dépareillée, peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner, pas de sets table, ni de lampes de chevet alors que l’allumage ne se fait que de l’entrée). La piscine etait fermée alors qu’elle était sensée être chauffée toute l’année. Nous avons constaté un manque d’entretien général du domaine ( matelas de piscine, couverture du jacuzzi, feuilles mortes qui s’accumulent partout…). Quel dommage car ce domaine est magnifique et a un énorme potentiel!

Das schöne geräumige Apartment mit toller Einrichtung. Die tolle und weitläufige Anlage mit einem tollen Garten und Poolarea mit Jacuzzi. Perfekte Lage um sowohl Süden als auch Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von der lieben Agueda. Danke!

Very beautiful and quiet location - like an oasis with villas. The pool was heated and jacuzzi was available 24/7. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think we were upgraded - villa itself was spacious, very nice interior, super clean, AC in the bedroom (both for heating and cooling), kitchen with all utilities for cooking (even oil and some spices) (just no coffee - bring your own :)). We were very pleased and happy to stay there, I highly recommend this place!

The Wifi connection was not very good - but it actually turned out to be a good thing, we were reading instead:)

La struttura è bella e affascinante; rispettosa della tipologia della zona. Belli i servizi comuni esterni (piscina, idromassaggio, giardino). Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso. Lo staff accogliente e disponibile.

La struttura, in particolare la nostra abitazione, necessita di manutenzione (infissi, impianto aria condizionata, impianto elettrico). Durante il nostro soggiorno ha piovuto e in tutte le stanze è filtrata molta acqua dagli infissi allagando i pavimenti; gli infissi in particolare non si chiudevano con conseguente passaggio di aria fredda. La prima notte era molto freddo ma nessuno dei condizionatori presenti funzionava; lo staff è poi intervenuto il giorno seguente collocando delle stufe elettriche. Sono dovuti intervenire posticciamente anche sull'impianto elettrico rimuovendo prese che davano problemi ma con modalità sicuramente non risolutive e forse non sicure. Peccato perchè la struttura è veramente bella .

Endroit paisible pensé pour s'y sentir bien! Logement spacieux avec beaucoup de cachet, très propre et bien équipé pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables. L'espace piscine, bien que commun, reste très intime, belle réussite!

Tout était parfait.
