"Bathroom in basement"

The place was one of several properties that are rented out. We went to said address given in the booking by taxi thinking that we would save ourselves the trouble of lugging our suitcases. However, our hotel apparently is in a different location. It was far from the the address given in the booking. We had to lug our luggage through sort of a maze before we arrived at the property. The property was historic, it seems some parts were original like the floors and walls. The property is small, the bedrooms was upstairs. The 1 piece toilette was on the main floor with a small kitchen with a sink. The bathroom was in the basement. The stairs were a bit difficult to navigate.

Il B&B e' situato ad un passo dal centro storico e dalle vie dello shopping. Pulito, confertevole e con un ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!

Grazioso B&B situato tra il centro storico ed i locali ed i negozi più frequentati della città. Struttura ristrutturata da poco e pulita. Il mio soggiorno è stato perfetto. Consigliato!

La mia esperienza è stata decisamente positiva! Il personale del b&b è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, la struttura pulita e adatta alle mie esigenze. Il punto è strategico! A due passi dal centro storico, dal mare ed in zona è molto semplice trovare punti di ristoro.

"Bad experience"

Arrived around 10pm, and phoned the hotel (there is no reception). They said someone would come around to help us check in. Half an hour later no-one came, so I called back and the guy said that he wouldn't let us check-in as the check-in time had passed. They were rude and unhelpful on the phone.
