Excellent customer service!

It is in a good location, surrounded by pretty landscapes, quiet place to stay lovely people and most importantly is tidy and clean.

Well let's just say that the photos do not reflect the actual accommodation!! Upon entering the premises there was a bad smell which was quite off putting. Threadbare staircase that I nearly slipped down with my case. Room 7 was less than desirable, cold with an odd smell in the room, I did not sleep whatsoever and felt so uncomfortable in this room, so disappointed. We could not wait to leave early morning, overall let's just say I thi k Norman Bates has a new hotel!! Would never recommend or stay here ever again.

The beds were probably the most comfortable we have slept in anywhere in Europe! The car park was a good size. They organised a 3am check in for us which was extremely helpful. The restaurant next door was AMAZING. It isn't cheap but the food was out of this world.

Having read some of the reviews we thought this would be a lovely little find. Unfortunately the whole place has a funny smell of stale old smoke. 1 of our rooms had no curtains or blind and being ground floor was extremely uncomfortable knowing people could just look in and see you. There was no restaurant on a Sunday night but we ate next door at Villa Torre.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good main road a bit noisy.

Next door restaurant was closed so evening meal was made by the owners.

I really liked the location of the place and that it was dog friendly. It was close to nearby towns and amenities.

Reasonably quiet location. Easy enough to find, just follow the N3 westwards from Liege, after you come to a two mile long stretch of red light district with pretty ladies in windows “showing the goods for sale” and then you come to a nice restaurant and the hotel is next to this. Beautiful Dutch and Belgian oak furniture and nice traditional staircase. Easy going manager and adequate room.

The furniture downstairs is wonderful. The room is a bit small and basic.

very last minute check in - before midnight, an owner accomodated us without hassle and is very nice person; tasty breakfast and very spacious room with proper size bathtub

Beautiful country location. Welcome and accommodating staff. All in all, a relaxing stay
