Hotel Bernheof

Siamo stati soddisfatti del ns. soggiorno. La pulizia della camera adeguata allo standard. Il personale cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare le ns. richieste. La posizione dell'Hotel ottima per chi arriva in treno e comodissima per raggiungere i vari luoghi della citta'. Si raggiunge il porto in meno di 5 minuti.

Wi-fi didn't work in the rooms. Hotel was okay for a one night stay. Good location close to a trainstation.

Antiguo edificio sin demasiados cuidados. La habitacion fue contratada para 2 adultos y 2 niños y solo nos encontramos una cama de matrimonio y una cama pequeña. Colchones muy usados y limpieza del suelo y del baño insuficiente. Dificultad para aparcar el coche cerca del hotel e imposible comunicar con el personal en Ingles.

Sono stato solo una notte, e devo dire di aver riposato bene. Molto comodo per arrivare al porto che dista dieci minuti di cammino. Quando mi capiterà di tornare a Genova, mi rivolgerò sicuramente ancora a questo hotel.

Unico punto a favore è che sia vicino all'Acquario (per chi come noi, è interessato all'acquario). Per il resto davvero deludente, direi da "preistoria". Allo stesso prezzo si trovano oggi, ambienti molto più confortevoli.

I stayed there 3 nights with my dogand the team was welcoming. I will recommend this Hotel

Wifi is only available in loby. Our door to our room did not lock very securely. The staff was kind of strange and made us feel uncomfortable.

My friend and I had to stay in Genova on short notice due to a delayed flight. Hotel Bernhoef was a reasonably priced option that was a very short distance from the train station. The hotel itself was on the second floor of a building that required you to buzz in. Once upstairs, the facilities felt a little run down, but the room itself was fairly clean. Overall, if I returned to Genova and had more time to plan I would go somewhere else, but considering the situation it was good.

Difficult to find and a little smoky. Excellent wifi. Good value at 36€. Also good location.
