Friendly staff, did their best to help

Booked and paid for a 2 bed apt with balcony, but got a studio!! 3rd time that I have not received the accommodation paid for with booking. com The price difference was £60. No sofa/ chairs due to 6 beds in the studio,!! so no where to sit except plastic patio chairs, with no table Kitchen equipment very limited.

"Hotel manager ripped me off. Pictures misleading"

-Was charged a tax even though nothing of this was mentioned in hotels.com confirmation of reservation email. Nothing was mentioned on the website either. This tax is only for people from Colombia, but I am a Dutch National and should'nt be charged this tax. -The room doesn't look like anything as shown on the picture. Very, very small. TV had 4 channels. The walls and doors look awful. -Toilet paper provided is sandpaper. The bathroom is very, very small. Not able to use toilet comfortably. -The hotel is quite far from the beach. It is a near a beach which is empty most of the time. If you want to go to the beach where are all te people are, you have to walk for about 15 minutes or take a taxi. -Only positive thing I can mention is the cleanliness of the room and cleaning staff are really friendly.

Estubo bien, mi familia. Sintió super acogedor el apartamento y son. Muy amables en general en este lugar. Lo. Único que no fue totalmente de mi agrado fue que cobro de más de lo. Que decía mi reservacion (se supone decía 130.000 y cobro 150.000) del resto la experiencia nos gustó bastante

Cerca la playa.... siempre en construction en el edificio, y el asphalto de la calle principal deja polvo por todos lados.....
