The staff were friendly. We were given our room way before check in time. Clean, well maintained.

Close to airport and nice staff. Nice, basic hotel.

The staff are the best . They go out of their way to make sure the guest is comfortable and his or her needs met.

Very well kept clean every day . A safe place to vacation with family and kids excellence staff always there when you need something. Very knowledgeable. Thanks for the ride to the airport. Went out of their way to take me on my flight back home.

Very nice people on the front desk who go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay in Cusco. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

We arrived mid-morning and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes until someone answered the door. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Hotel condition was good, everything clean and well-maintained. Biggest issue was no hot water; when turned on and let run for a long time, we got tepid water that afternoon. Early the next morning before leaving for airport, no showers because the “hot” water never got hot, stayed cold no matter how long we ran it. Area around the hotel, just okay. Very few restaurants. The hotel is adequate for an overnight, close to the airport…if you don’t want to take a hot shower.

The proprietor was fantastically supportive and helpful, even going so far as to take us to the airport in the very early hours of the morning. We could not have asked for a better host. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and inviting.
