Le patron qui fait son travail correctement on a pû discuter avec Lui il est magnifique et respectueux pour le pdj c'est excellent on y retournera sans hésiter

Suite spacieuse et propre, literie confortable. Personnel super attentionné et professionnel. Un petit déjeuner copieux dans une ambiance calme. L'emplacement est idéal, en face d'un parc, devant le tramway et proche de tout. Je reviendrai.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, ATMS, a nice park, and landmarks. Transportation from the hotel was easy. The room was spacious.

There were a few minor things in the hotel room that needed small repair, but they were aesthetic and did not hinder my stay.

Situation géographique Grande chambre bien équipée avec kitchenette

-1er jour/ chambre 601 : Problème ouverture chambre avec badge + Enorme cafard sur rideaux + 1 serviette pour 2 . - 2em jour : Chambre 402 : Pas de climatisation, intervention, coupure générale à trois repises (re changement chambre...) - 2em au 5em jour : Chambre 401 : C'est mieux, mais problèmes multiple d'ouverture avec badge, serviettes manquantes (1fois) - Demande du paiement de la taxe séjour lors de notre départ alors qu'elle avait déjà été réglée à notre arrivée. - Orgueil mal placée du personnel d'accueil à la limite de l'impolitesse.

The location was very good. I had a very good room. Very comfortable. Size was also good.
