The friendly housekeeper

Ruhige Lage, ausser in der Nacht wo der Gast über uns die ganze Nacht eine laute Party hatte.

Wenig Fenster, kein durchlüften, Küchenausstattung schlecht und teilweise defekt (Pfanne). Tor konnte nicht verriegelt werden und es waren immerwieder mal bettler da welche in die Wohnung sehen konnten und bettelten.

The place was clean and the shower has great water pressure. The staff were pleasant and nothing was a problem. I would go and stay at Sweetest Apartments every time I went to visit Cape Town.

Er was veel geluid van de bovenburen, de douche hield moeilijk de juiste temperatuur

Not the most convenient of streets to navigate to.

Unfortunately this property’s not well looked after. There was no hot water available in the kitchen. The towels had holes in them. The oven is loose and falling out. The kettle lid is broken. It felt scrappy and uncared for.

Sauber und tolles Badezimmer. Netter Aussenbereich.

Wir haben es nicht gefunden, standen dann im Nebenhaus da in der richtigen Unterkunft niemand war. Dann kam Marta endlich. Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und sofort alles zahlen müssen. Leider gab es Flugplanänderung und wir habrn versucht eine Kulanz zu bekommen jedoch nein, sie haben den vollen Betrag für die 3. Nacht behalten. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen weil man gleich alles zahlt und nichts zurück kriegt. Alle anderen Unterkünfte sind uns entgegen gekommen. Wir wollten sogar anstelle des Geldes die 3. Nacht am Ende der Reise machen aber selbst da kamen sie uns nicht entgegen. Gibt bessere Plätze! Lage oben am Berg etwas sehr abseits. Pool war total verdrrckt und grün aber es war eh zu kalt.

Location was beautiful. Easy access and communication with the host

Upstairs neighbour was extremely loud at all times. We were given single beds when none of the apartments had single beds and as a couple we wanted to sleep next to each other. We were not given access to the pool which is shown on the listing. We had the do not disturb sign on the door as we went to get food and didn’t want anyone in the room to clean it, however when we came back we found out that, that had been ignored and they had entered the room anyway

The bedroom has no windows therefore poor lighting.The bedroom was cold and walls were damp. It's located up a very steep hill making it difficult to walk by foot.
