"Horrible in every way, uncomfortable, smaller, and lied to us multiple times."

Location that’s it.

We were lied to multiple times as to why we couldn’t have the hotel that we pre paid for next door which was the north beach hotel which is where we always stay when we go to the Miami F1 GP race each year. They made us stay at aqua with no discount in price or comparable amenities and the audacity to say Aqua was better, it isn’t. Which was the third lie they told us. Also they have the worst bathrooms, and the worst beds I have ever seen, or used. Horrible stay at Aqua. I would love to stay at North beach again but they would probably lie again and force us to stay at Aqua. By the way they didn’t tell us any of that until I was already mid flight to the hotel. Mid flight! I will never pre pay for a hotel again . Stay at the Conrad it’s much better.

"Really enjoyed the stay"

The size of the property was great and the location to the beach was great.

The facilities were a little tired. The window was broken to the bedroom and the kitchen utensils were in pretty bad shape. If these small issues are addressed then there would be nothing to complain about.

"Would book again if looking for a beach side location."

Location Location Location Very friendly staff.

Room was clean but smaller than expected but certainly okay for 2 nights. Parking $10 extra - which is very reasonable for the area.
