thanks at least for the hot water

the price and quality do not match at all! the price should be at least 2 times lower because of the terrible dirty bed linen in all the rooms (I had to sleep fully clothed and use a towel as a pillow under my head) in addition, they charge an additional service fee of 10 ringgit and a deposit equal to 1 day of rent (56 ringgit in my case) what is this for anyway???? Unfortunately, it is not possible to upload a video, so I will make a cut from photos.

Location

Water heater spoil, no hot water!!! My kids can't shower cold water. Tv remote battery also spoil, go down reception change battery, they gave me another remote control, after bring back to room then notice the remote control no battery!!! So dissappoited.
