Poor lighting above kitchen stove and at kitchen counter. No vending machine for water, sodas or snacks on property.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Place was clean and in great condition. We would go back

check in online and chek out onlne and big bungalow. need tv in front .

The property has an enormous potential and the original idea was great. The views and the staff are awesome! Some of the nicest people I have ever met BUT the place was initially designed as a resort, they went bankrupt and sold the individual units to private owners and stopped construction midway... As a result of this, you have: - An entire complex of building (Piscadera Bay Complex) in front of the Piscadera Harbour Village resort that were originally designed as a shopping/restaurant group of buildings that are now abandoned, with graffiti, broken glasses, homeless people and stray dogs, all kinds of peole go in and out of these buildings at night so a huge safety concern! If we knew this, we would have never booked this place. When we initially arrived, I wanted to turn around and find a new place because the entrance in the resort is through this deserted complex of buildings. - On the resort property there are buildings thar were started but never finished. - The imdividual units are not properly maintained. Ours had windows that were missing the locking system (so the window was always open), the insulation of the windows was broken and the glass was making noises when there was wind, we've has water fosets that were not properly attached to the sink and they were wobbly, the bads were not confortable and were naking a tone of noize. Overall, I would not recommend this place...

The staff was excellent. Helpful and nice.

The location was quiet and central to shopping, restaurants, beaches and many local places. Four minutes from the Sambil shopping mall. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful providing service and information. Each unit is individually owned and decorated. Walking distance to the Piratebay Beach Club, De Visserij and Tomatoes Pizza. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay.

Good afternoon all concerned, First, I must say our stay was awful and time-consuming addressing maintenance issues for the first five days. Let me summarize my experience: 1. The pictures of the units on the website is NOT a reflection of what we encountered on-site. 2. Your units are very dated. It has a number of small holes where insects come through into the unit to include ants, roaches, and others. 3. Mildew and mold around windows and walls were very present. Mildew was very bad behind the bed in the main bedroom, pieces of walls were falling off. 4. The unit had two bathrooms; however, we could use one because the other one was infected with ants and other insects including roaches 5. Windows could not be closed because some handles were off and most windows didn’t have seal. Screen windows were either missing or damaged. 6. AC had to be kept very low to avoid bad odors from the unit. 7. All mattresses were dated. And to add to the condition of the mattresses, they had blood and urine stains. 8. There were four glass panels missing in the balcony. 9. Bushes were high and we couldn’t stay out at the balcony at night because of the roaches. 10. In spite of the efforts of the Manager on Duty, the units had the same problems. MOD (Manager on Duty) tried her best to minimize the problems, however, her hands were tight by the insufficient maintenance of these units.
