The location was good with restaurants and groceries stores and walking distance to the mall.

Very poor customer service, ignored at the reception for more than 5 minutes, not even any greetings. Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4, way back in March and we're given 2 rooms in 2 separate buildings. When asked to change my small room were give the same room on a different level. Lighting was poor, no lights above dresser to put make up. No remote for AC had to climb on top of bed to adjust or turn it off. Old AC which was rattling bad after a few hours of use at night. No room make up when asked I was supposed to ask them to clean my room and leave key at the reception on another building, which was not informed. Hanging a make up room sign meant nothing. Clogged sink and complaint on the 2nd day and nothing was done. I booked 2 rooms for a 3 night and 4 days stay Noisy neighbors with 2 cats that we're running around the room and scratching adjourned door. White bedsheets were gray in colour.not sure if they had been washed properly. This was my first time staying with them and I will never stay there or recommend anyone to stay at Sun Inns.

Everything was ok other than mentioned below.

The air-condition doesn't have a remote control & the switch is too high. It was difficult to adjust the temperature. The blanket was not comfortable to use, because it was 3 pieces of clothes. Not able to get a room with a window.

The location was conveniently located next to Sunway Lagoon Hotel and the Mall. Lots of eateries and shopsnear the hotel.

Staff didn't even greet when I went to check in, she was busy doing something and I waited more than 5 minutes before she attended to me, she could have said hi and tell me she will be with me shortly. She didn't even acknowledge the guest. There were four of us. I booked 2 rooms in March 2025 for 4 people to stay together, I was given 2 rooms in 2 separate buildings. I booked one room with windows and was given a room with a small window above the bed, to access it, you have to climb on the bed and the room was very small to stay for 3 nights n 4 days I went back to the reception to change the rooms so my friends and I could stay together. And asked for a room which was little different layout n little bigger. ..They gave us 2 rooms in the same building and floor and was given the same small room with the window above the bed on a different level. And I had to go back to the reception to change my room again. Bedsheets were dirty, no supply of enough toilet paper for a 4 night stay. No AC remote, you have to climb on the bed to turn it on or off or adjust the settings. Had to turn off AC in the middle of the night as there was noisy tattling noise from it. Hung make up room sign and room was not cleaned, when asked the reception, she said I had to give the keys at the reception and inform them I needed room service. No instructions on this were given when I checked in. A mirror is very important for a business woman and there were no light where the mirror and dresser was. It was so dark to do my make up and it was so inconvenient to use the bathroom mirror.. Sink was clogged and told the reception on the first morning and no one came to repair it till I checked out on Sunday Won't recommend Sun Inns to anyone or stay at their hotel. Very very disappointing.

Near to Sunway lagoon, there is 24hr mamak restaurant

Initially staff claims no room for online booking, many of us got stuck. Thank God finally they found 1 for me. But many of them were turned down and had to find another place to stay. Not too sure if it is the hotel or Booking.com issue. Because some use Agoda also facing the same problem. Do not check in late just in case you face the same issue.
