So many cockroaches in the room and also in the bathroom. room 203 (so many until i need to change with my guy friend because i hate it) and room 206 (still have some but not as many as room 203)

The location is good, Restaurant just located next to the hotel.

The room is terrible, aircon is not function, water heater not function. Toilet is dirty and the bed is full with dirt mark everywhere.

Location

The whole room and bathroom was infested with cockroaches. Creeping from under the bed, crackes in the wall, etc. I was given 3rd Floor when I checked in. I took 3 of my luggages and went up. The room next to me was noisy. I went down and asked fr another room. They gave me 2nd floor. When I opened the door the room was cleaned yet from last occupant. Went down to get another room. I got the 1st floor. Imagine dragging all 3 luggages from 3rd to 2nd to 1st floor. 1st floor going down to ground floor the lift does not work. Anyway I had to kill a few roaches bfr I settled in. But during my 4 days stay I encountered many of them. I was fed up of moving to another room mainly bcos of my luggages. 3rd day I left my key at counter and asked to clean room. Come back in the late evening found room still not cleaned. Fed up! Blasted the counter staff and asked fr refund. Said cannot but can give another room. Moved room again. Terribly inconvenient and irresponsible. Never stay here!
