Restaurants , personnel, spa zone, comfort and beauty of the place!

I would prefer individual packaging of shampoo, conditioner and body cream in the rooms. Everything else was perfect!

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The service is exemplary, making skiing, going to town for touring or eating seamless. Having ski rental onsite makes it so easy and convenient.

Outstanding stay for the re-opening of the hotel post Covid lockdown with discreet, relaxed and yet personalized service and amazing vibe in the common areas. The Japanese restaurant is simply excellent. Thanks for a great couple of days and see you soon!

Exceptional on every level. From the moment you drive into the entrance at the Alpina you are transported into the most wonderful, relaxing and magical environment. Every little detail is taken care of and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The Concierge are the best I have ever experienced - miracle workers! This is our third trip to this hotel. My only disappointment is that I cannot live here full time as it’s just the most perfect environment.
