Lagrange Aparthotel Toulouse Saint-Michel

Muy buena ubicación, tanto para ir andando al centro como para ir en metro, hay una parada a dos minutos.

Camas incomodísimas, en especial el sofá cama, se clavaban los muelles y hacían muchísimo ruido. La puerta del baño no cerraba, el aire acondicionado no se podía regular correctamente y hacia frío en plena ola de calor. Dejaron unas toallas sobre el inodoro y la luz del baño encendida, pensé que había alguien en la habitación. Las camas no las hicieron, echaron la colcha por encima. Moqueta de pasillos sucia, olor extraño en la habitación.

the hotel is very well located on a newly revamped street . you walk 1 mn to the metro. 3 supermarkets and everything you need on the same street. rooms are comfortable and AC works great ( very nice during heat wave) . beds are confortable ( bed sofa not as much). breakfast is good if you choose to take it and very practical to have laundry room downstairs( extra charge)

Daily cleaning is hit or miss. The cleaning guy barely cleaned the room other than vacuum the floor very quickly , but the lady we had later ( khadija) was excellent and left it spotless. when the sofa bed is open the access to half the room is blocked meaning no one on the other side can access the bathroom or get a glass of water in the kitchen without doing a very acrobatic figure to jump across the sleeping person. lastly, There is one of the 3 receptionists ( blond) who is not helpful and whose automatic answer to any question is "we cant do that". She seems REALLY annoyed if you ask any question. Not great for a receptionist.

T2 très confortable avec accès jardin. Bonne insonorisation. Très bien situé.

Accueil au top, rapide et efficace, consignes claires. Chambre calme, parfait pour court séjour.

Propreté moyenne, dans la chambre et les communs. Très faible débit d'eau dans la douche, et le rideau se colle à vous.
