"Good place to stay"

The staff really know how to handle with cust when in the peak season.

We love the soap and shampoos. The staffs is so friendly and helpful, greet us with a smile. Kudos to them cos their service is efficient.

Mediocre complimentary toothbrush, even budget hotels giving out better quality toothbrush. Some of the pillows in the room is not fluffy enough.

"Stop over"

Room and bathroom were clean

Checking in at 6pm and been told room not ready. Room window covered in green algae, so much that it was difficult to see out. Booking for 2 adults plus a child but only to be provided with materials for 2

"Very Good"

Everything was OK but 1. Sound proof of the room not very good. We can hear next door is talking very clearly 2. The arrangement of breakfast was not good enough. When the table were not ready or not enough , they shouldn't let people come in, we were sitting in the table where there are lots of dirty plates. Coffee not good.
