Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stanley

Very large room with separate seating area. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Bulbs were burned out in some of the light fixtures. Upholstery and carpets were stained.

The staff were very friendly.

There was a huge gap (you could see in the hall) in the door when closed. I had to throw my shoulder into the door to open it when entering the room. The tile in the bathroom shifted and moved because the grout was gone all around it. The staff hung dirty washcloths up on clean towels. The elevator door would open going down before it had finished moving.

When i went to check in i walked past a woman smoking outside. This was 10pm at night so i thought it was someone staying at the hotel. When i got to the desk i had to wait because the person outside smoking was the hotel front desk person. I thought that was a little rude until i got to My first room it smelled like rotten fish and my second room was not that clean. Soap rapper on the floor of the bathroom and bathroom floor and carpet stained and filthy. When I asked for soap the next morning house keeping told me they were out. I asked the manager and she found one soap for me for the rest of my stay.
