Best views and cabanas in the city for a reasonable price

enjoyed the view . the lady that checked us in was very sweet . we enjoyed the resort and food! the service was okay but at first the servers didn’t attend us at much as the white people . they had thought we were from belize but we are not .

Liked hotel it’s beautiful more for vacation not for single man . Too far from town had to take taxi to go in town Hotel had no coffee available yo customer would be nice .

Cabin style rooms

My family and I had a terrible experience at this place. We were charged nearly $300 for a single night, only to be placed in a substandard and sleazy cabin. The air conditioning was not working, and the staff was aware of the issue beforehand, yet they still placed us in the cabin. The shower made alarming noises and the hot water was scalding. We reported the AC problem twice, only to be offered a standing fan as a solution. When you pay for a room with AC, YOU EXPECT IT TO WORK! After just half an hour, we requested a room change, preferably in the main building, due to the issues and the inconvenient location of the cabin. Instead, we were offered another cabin further down the hill, closer to the noisy roadside. We insisted on a full refund, but the staff was uncooperative and offered only a 75% refund (pure nonsense). It was only after we threatened to involve the police that they finally provided a decent room in the main building (which was available the entire time and when we asked them why they didn’t just put us in this room from the start, they couldn’t even give us an answer). The cabins should not be rented out in their current condition; they need serious renovation. Despite the nice views, I would never return and strongly advise against staying here.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel restaurant, overlooking San Ignacio is fabulous. The food, especially the grilled fish and rice, was delectable. Most importantly, the staff - the Belizeans - are the nicest, friendliest people. We look forward to returning <3

Beautiful property and friendly staff! I loved the area and convenience, but the views were the best.

It was great. However, i walk with a cane and there were lots of steps to the cabana. Other than that discomfort every thing was great

Stunning serene panoramic views. Beautiful restaurant and very polite service. Mattresses a bit creaky and need upgrade. wait time for food is a bit long.
