We didn't have breakfast and don't know about it. Breakfast didn't appear to be ready when we left around 7 AM. The clerks seemed pleasant.

When I reserved the room, I was told a small dog would be quite welcome, but we were told that the dog wasn't welcome on arrival. Thank goodness we live very nearby and were staying in the hotel only to be close to family members who were there. Cards to open the door didn't work properly.

"A place like no other."

We were in town for medical treatments and the staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms and a breakfast no one could want more. Home cooking and a great variety. The staff treats you like family. I highly recommend this home away from home.

"Best stay in Oak Ridge"

I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in early December 2024 for a biking event at Windrock. They are remodeling the entire place; our room brand new, and had a microwave and a coffee maker in it. On top of the beautifully remodeled interior, the customer service was so fantastic. Their employees enjoy their job and each other, and it shows in how they treat their customers. They were so kind to my children and me. I could tell they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Special shout out to Rachel at the front desk and to Melanie in housekeeping. Top notch service!! If you’re going to stay in Oak Ridge, this is the place to go. And it sits off of that busy road, so it’s not as loud as the other hotels there.

There was construction during the day and could be heard loudly in my room. I found used bandaids from previous guests in the trash upon check in and beds weren’t fully made.
