Benchmark Inn

An outstanding guest house. Very nice accommodations overall with clean, modern decor, simple check-in/check-out, super central to everything in Provincetown, but quietly tucked away a half block in from the main street. Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent experience!

We loved our stay at the Benchmark Inn It was a great location, very nicely run place - wonderful hospitality and very nice breakfast. The room was beautiful, clean, nicely updated bathroom, small serviceable kitchen area, gas fireplace, with access to roof deck, sweeping views of the ocean and rooftops of Provincetown. We met one of the owners and had a fun conversation during breakfast, he clearly love what he is doing. Highly recommended.

The location was perfectly situated in the East End of Provincetown - near galleries, restaurants and shops. The hosts - Dan, Daniel and Rob were very welcoming and explained breakfasts and all aspects of the room. The breakfasts were delicious. My husband loved the coffee, The room contained so many elements to make your stay great. Also impressed by the efforts to be green.

I wished there was a fan in the bathroom to reduce the steam from the shower. There was a window which I did open however it didn't offer privacy unless the blind was down which restricted flow of air.

We absolutely loved it here, great location and really helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much for having us 🙂

Dan and Daniel were phenomenal hosts and may our stay a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. From their walking/hiking tips, to fresh breakfast each morning, they made Ptown feel more like home. We loved the private access to our room from the deck. Clean, quiet, and few blocks away from the heart of the city. Would highly recommend the Benchmark Inn!

One thing that would be nice is a small table or surface where I could open and set up my toiletry bag. There wasn't quite enough room in the bathroom for it.
