La ubicación es muy buena cerca del centro, las instalaciones muy acogedoras y un personal muy simpático, la habitación una maravilla y todo espectacular volveria a reservar una habitación alli.

El desayuno un poco simplemente pero se come bien

"Habría que revisar la limpieza y personal del spa"

Habitaciones muy limpias, buffet muy variado.

Una vez entras al spa, las dos chicas que habían, 2 no 1 sino 2, lo recalco por la falta de higiene que hay. Va por horas, una vez acaba tu turno entra el siguiente y el que hay dentro tiene que salir. Vale, pues ninguna de las dos chicas, ninguna hizo por tener una organización, es más se les acabaron los gorros para el segundo turno de la tarde y dijeron ahora os lo damos, pues aún sigo esperando a que me lo den. El agua de la piscina helada, no sé podia estar dentro. Y gorros del anterior turno tirados. Había dos jacuzzis pues uno estaba inhabilitado. Estaban más entretenidas en hablar, que en trabajar.

La habitación y el balcon, amplios, muy comoda, y con acceso libre a la caja fuerte.

La limpieza en general, las sábanas estaban manchadas desde que entramos y las tuvimos que darle la vuelta, y nunca se han cambiado las toallas en toda la estadía. Muy incómodo, para entrar al servicio de las comidas, siempre teníamos que ir con un papel a mano, se podría informatizar con una pulsera.

Nos gustó mucho el detalle del mini bar como cortesía. Aunque no hicimos uso, valoramos positivamente el detalle.
