The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more thoughtful, which made the experience feel genuinely special rather than just luxurious. The hotel itself is beautiful, and its location right in the heart of the Medina is perfect for exploring while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I felt well cared for every single day of my stay, and it’s rare to find a place where the level of service is this consistently high. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Sultana to anyone looking for an unforgettable Marrakech experience.

Eine wahre Oase im quirligen Marrakesch! Das Riadhotel besticht durch seine liebevoll gestalteten Räume und die wunderschöne Innenarchitektur, die sofort zum Entspannen einlädt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jeden Aufenthalt persönlich und herzlich gestaltet. Die Lage ist perfekt mitten im Geschehen und dennoch ruhig genug, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
