La Sultana is exceptional in every way. From the food, the room, the staff, to the spa, all exceeded expectations greatly. We will never forget how beautifully we were treated and how warmly we were welcomed. The concierge ensured all our daily plans were situated flawlessly, and happily accommodated us when we changed some plans last minute. A truly unforgettable experience, do not miss the chance to visit!

A beautiful rihad ideally located and a haven of tranquility in the midst of perpetual buzz of Marrakech. Excellent staff, very attentive and welcoming. Great food. Terrific spa. And a stunning swimming pool in the middle of a lovely courtyard. We will definitely return.

This is an extraordinary tranquil boutique oasis with a great location in the heart of the busy Kasbah. The rooms are each unique, and represent old-world luxury. The food, drinks, and restaurant/bar settings were all high-quality. Most importantly, the entire staff -- front-desk, security, dining, and housekeeping -- were all incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.

We ate on the roof terrace and had a wonderful evening. The setting is stunning, the staff are brilliant - a perfect balance of friendly, funny and professional - and the food was delicious. We all thought it was very special. We were even offered a tour of the hotel on our way out - it’s a stunning building. A real highlight of the Medina and of our holiday in Marrakech.

How wonderful to rest in peace, "far from the madding crowd” at La Sultana. This exotic oasis in the heart of Marrakech was the perfect place to rest and recuperate after the excitement of exploring the city each day - and night! We were always welcomed beautifully on each return which made La Sultana feel like our home away from home. We appreciated every element of this exquisitely designed traditional riad. Staff were lovely - professional, attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and the romantic setting around the pool listening to the excellent sitar player at night was memorable. The Hammam experience was fantastic - smoothed our skin and our worries (about having to return home soon!) The rooftop allows perspective on the city whilst enjoying the comfort of the hotel bar and other facilities and activities like the calligraphy lesson! The pool was just the right temperature (though as dining surrounds it you can only swim between meals!) Our room was exotic - palatial - extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and everything was replenished generously each day. There were fresh roses everywhere and a gorgeous interior courtyard garden. Location was walking distance to great cafes and shops, not far from the Medina and Square and a short drive to many local places of interest. Highly recommend La Sultana.
