La ubicación y el personal súper amable, especialmente los chicos jóvenes de recepción.

Al reservar no indican el tamaño de las habitaciones (era muy pequeña) , que no tenía ventana ( únicamente un tragaluz). Parecía un almacén habilitado como habitación. El precio que pagamos debería corresponderse con unas mejores instalaciones y un nivel más alto de limpieza .

It was very clean, obviously disinfected daily. The internal patio was lovely and we spent quite some time just sitting on a couch in the upper balcony corridor. Reception and service were extremely nice and the location is 1min away from the cathedral and the main street. Would return again.

Me gustó muchísimo el alojamiento, la ubicación y el entorno.

El baño tenía la tapa del inodoro rota, pero por lo demás, todo perfecto.

La limpieza tanto en la habitación como en instalaciones. Es un hotel tranquilo lejos de la algarabia del centro de Alcalá.

No hay ascensor de acceso a la planta primera. No hay frigorífico en la habitación.
