"En Tarapoto, siempre Río Cumbaza."

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Asimismo, las habitaciones y todas las instalaciones se encontraban en un estado de limpieza y orden sobresaliente.

La administración debe estar alerta y tomar medidas frente a ciertos huéspedes con actitudes inadecuadas, a fin de preservar el ambiente tranquilo del hotel.

"Vacaciones con familia"

Estuvo perfecto muy bonito, la comida buena, el personal perfecto ! Mi habitación fue en la 5ta planta con terraza y estaba precioso.

No fue q no me gustara pero si decirlo como recomendación, todo el alrededor de la piscina era muy resbaladizo con gran riesgo de caída Y la limpieza q tardaban un poco en hacerla !!!

They have a good restaurant on the ground floor. In addition, the pool is open until 10:30pm, so you can relax there after you arrive from a full day tour.

El lugar acogedor, cómodo, no había mucha bulla ya que era importante porque fuimos con nuestra Bebé, en general una buena experiencia.

It's a fine hotel, nothing luxurious, right for business travellers. The only not so good is its location; it's on a very noisy road, the sound of motorcycles is a little annoying
