انه عند الحجز ذكر بأن الجناح تنفيذي وإطلالته على البحروأرفق الإعلان بالصور والواقع غير ذلك كما ان الفرش غير نظيف نوعا ما

كل شيء كويس مره وخدمتهم كويسه بس جيت وقت زحمه مره الطاقم مشغولين بخدمة الناس وهذي ملاحظتي الفندق جدا ممتاز وحتى انهم اعطوني سويت بدال غرفه عشان يراضوني عن التاخيرات اللي صايره

تسريع الخدمه في الغرف مثلا طلبت مويه يومين ماتوصلني

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days with our family and kids and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Beautiful hotel, thanks to all the reception staff, and special thanks to the receptionist (Aseel), she is a wonderful employee who provides good assistance. I had a problem with the room door and she solved the problem quickly. Thanks to the receptionist Farid, he is a special person, and the room cleaning team is excellent.
