Donatello Boutique Hotel

Batthroom was great. Location near good restaurant.

A morally outdated hotel, old carpets, quite a gloomy feeling, it did not seem that the hotel was inhabited. You have to be careful with the credit card, they reserved 30,000 KZT from my credit card, as if for the minibar, but they didn't return the money :(. I wrote to them, I still didn't get an answer!!

The room was beautiful . The location is great .

The breakfast was part of the package . We were there for 3 nights. First breakfast - no salt , no pepper, no butter/honey, just plain toast , fried eggs and granola. Took them 25 minutes to get salt and pepper and butter. By that time the eggs were congealed . You could not have them. We ordered the next day breakfast the night before - to be delivered at 9 am. The breakfast arrives at 8:40. And again no salt and pepper !!! How do you eat eggs without salt ! The salt didn’t come for 30 minutes. Again could not have the breakfast ! The rooms don’t keep coffee. Only tea. The second day the room service said that the coffee is finished at 9 am! Very disappointing. We were told that there is a bar . There is NO bar. They have a bar menu and a few bottles are kept in the cupboard . The so called bar structure was filled with food boxes, dishes etc . Again we were misinformed .

Quiet location, absolutely no noise

Everything is quite old, carpets inside the room were dirty, had strains, hotel was asking for a cash deposit, as I didn’t have any they have cleared the fridge.

The waiter is a nice guy.

The air condition is broken，noise is too lould and no cold air.

Family trip. Breakfast in room. Excellent location and helpful staff.

Paid water was the only shortcoming. Staff struggle with English but helpful.

Breakfast was good and on time. Very friendly receptionists.

Little improvement in the toilet might be needed.
