* die ruhige Atmosphäre * Essen ist sensationell ( hier kann man sehr gut Fisch und Fleisch Essen - natürlich am Meer bevorzugt man Fisch * Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend ( da konnen sich die deutschen in der Gastronomie was lernen) * Man kann Kajak oder den Paddel nehmen gratis * Die Lage und die Aussicht * Familienfreundlich ( wer hier mit Kinder total entspannen will und einfach die Seele baumeln lassen will.ist genau richtig)

"Great island with very poor food"

We didn’t stay at the hotel. We went there with a daily boat trip from Cartegena. The restaurant was said to be 5 star by the agency that made our reservation. The food had to be ordered 1 day before we went there. Our expectations were too high but the restaurant couldn’t deliver. The fish was dry and untasteful. The coffee less than mediocre. Too expensive, more like a tourist trap. Go somewhere else or bring your own food to the boat.

L'attention sans faille du personnel quel que soit le moment de la journée.

Que la musique d'ambiance (très bonne au demeurant) commence dès le petit déjeuner. Un peu après aurait été parfait.

Cordialità del personale tutto in particolare quello di sala. Ottimo cibo sempre cucinato al momento. Gita in motoscafo con pilota dell' hotel a prezzo molto competitivo

Un poco isolato e non ottimamente collegato. Quindi o si rimane li per tutta la durata della vacanza oppure occorre prendere il motoscafo a noleggio con il pilota dell' hotel. Cmq tutto molto piacevole

Todo el hotel es un encanto!! Las instalaciones, la comida, sus playitas y su gente! Natalia, Victor, David, Osvaldo, Richard... pero sobre todo un agradecimiento inmenso a Lordy que se encargó de estar muy atenta a los detalles. Me ayudó a conseguir un medicamento, se preocupó por nuestras actividades y nos consiguió un paseo en lancha espectacular! se dió cuenta que estaba de cumpleaños y en complicidad con los chicos del restaurante tuvieron un detalle divino con cantada, torta y tarjeta que no se olvida y llega al Corazón. Personas como ella hacen la diferencia al momento de brindar un servicio!

"We needed a quiet retreat to recover in, and that is what we got….bliss"

Very clean, lovely rooms and public areas. Small hotel on beachfront, had a few day visitors but not noisy like other places we could see. Very peaceful, relaxing stay. Made use of the spa for massages which were great, all very reasonably priced. Even had our laundry done!
