Las zonas de playa, los comedores y las zonas sociales. EL servicio de recepción, bar y restaurante son fabulosos.. Recuerdos con agrado el servicio de Yoli, Richard y Manuel. El restaurante del hotel para almorzar y cenar es muy bueno!!

El desayuno es muy básico, deberían ofrecer huevos al gusto, mas variedad de panaderia, mejorar la calidad del cafe colombiano( por favor no den sello rojo oalgonsimilar).. no es variado...

"We had a nice stay at Aura. Staff were really great."

We loved the staff, they were awesome. The location was great too. Our room was big and bright and there were quiet spots you could be by yourself on the propoerty.

The hotel could not get us there by boat on our check in day, and arranged our own transport out. More should be done to help your guests given the remote location. At times the number of kids crying and screaming took away from the setting.
