The facilities are good, the rooms are quite spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and polite.

The air conditioning was not working and even after we got a change of room made available by the staff the air conditioning in the other rooms also was not functioning well.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Best Western Plus iO Hotel nahe Frankfurt am Main. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offenließ. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig bis großzügig geschnitten und angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich nach der langen Fahrt perfekt erholen konnte. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt sind zudem die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt am Hotel – in der Region Frankfurt absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Auch für Hundebesitzer ist das Hotel ideal: Es ist sehr hundefreundlich und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich ein Grünstreifen sowie ein kleiner Park, die perfekt für die tägliche Gassirunde sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
