"再次到訪，非常滿意"

10多年前跟EGL住過一晚，印象幾好，今次自駕再來，感覺依然不錯，前台員工親切，有些小蛋糕曲奇可供帶回房間，最滿意自助晚餐，長腳蟹新好味，牛肉，天婦羅，甜品均非常有水準，見到有幾團遊客亦不覺擠擁，大家食得很開心，服務員很熱誠，即使不停執枱亦會留意人客需要，有位年青員工替我們在聖誕樹前拍照，非常好♡

唯一浴場比較老舊，需要行去另一座及坐電梯，要帶張溫泉紙才可入場，雖然我沒有帶，員工問了房號亦給予進入。

朝ごはんが豪華でよかった

札幌駅から最寄りがないため、わたし達はシャトルバスを利用するしかなかった。 便が少なく、また早いため、帰りはタクシーを使うことに。 割高になった感。

スタッフはみんな親切で笑顔のステキな方たちでした。部屋も快適で大満足でした。プール、温泉、売店、フロント、レストラン…関わった人たちみんな誰と接してもイヤな気持ちになる事はなかったか。これって凄い事だと思います😊また次回も宜しくお願いします。
