Enjoyed our stay . We were able to walk everywhere . We didn't use the pool but was nice and clean and would be inviting in summer

Lovely place, but could do with a little TLC. Just small things, but when you are paying these sorts of prices, I believe it's important that the small things are taken care of. Another concern was our 'complementary toiletries' were not new. A couple of the tubes had already had the protective seal removed. This led me to believe it was used by previous guests, and reused. Those little touches and attention to detail is the difference between 3-4* to 5*. I would probably chose to stay somewhere else if we go back to Byron Bay. On a positive note, the location was fantastic, with direct access to the beach. We did have to walk across an unused train line, and then thick scrub (well worn path though), which was a little scary!!! I would want to walk through there at night!

Great place comfortable beds modern everything and rare Byron carparks

My partner and myself stayed here for 4 nights in the "gypsy" studio. The room had everything we needed, the space is used extremely efficiently. The pool is heated and well cleaned, the beach is a stones throw away. It's only a 5 minute walk into the heart of byron yet next to the quieter end of the beach. This place is perfect.

Schönes Zimmer, tolle Lage, ruhig mit Parkmöglichkeiten, aber komplett überteuert!! Dafür dass man kein Housekeeping-Service, keine tägliche Reinigung und somit kein Wechsel der Wäsche/Tücher und keine Reception oder Anlaufstelle bei Problemen hat, zahlt man zu viel (am Wochende bis zu 300.- Euro umgerechnet!). Zudem sind Betten und Kissen sehr unbequem und hart. Wir konnten keine Nacht wirklich durchschlafen deswegen. Wir waren während unserer Australienreise in vielen Hotels, hier war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis am schlechtesten.

Great getaway place, close to the water, easy walk into town and the beach, very peaceful. great for small children also. highly recommended.
