La realidad los servicios de Parking, no están muy bien capacitados, ya que cuando llegue me querían cobra el estacionamiento y me dieron un ticket, al final tuve que devolver el ticket, para que me cobrarán el estacionamiento.

No le dan un mantenimiento adecuado a las instalaciones, puerta del baño no cierra bien y llaves de regadera en mal estado y la limpieza de la habitación y cambio diario de toallas

realice una reserva y el día que iba a viajar no me cancelaron el vuelo de aeromexico por la cuestión de contigencia en la ciudad de puebla y ya no llegue reprograme el viaje y no me aceptaron la cancelacion de la habitacion apesar de haberlo hecho con anticipacion.
