The buffet breakfast was outstanding and included in the price.

Had a super pleasant stay. Reception was helpful, the room was perfect for what we needed and the breakfast was extensive. Location was great - close to immigration for a visa appointment.

Genuinely everything was AMAZING! The location was good, the staff were extremely accommodating to everything, the room was so clean. They gave many extra things in the hotel as well

I stayed in this hotel for one week with friend, the service of this hotel are very good, i like the view of the room very comfortable, then the restaurant are very nice there are many traditional foods, and l can see the Islamic Center views from the hotel

The hotel was located in central Mataram. Senggigi was a 20min ride with Grab

This is apartently a Government run hotel. Breakfast is catered for government employees and not really for hotel guest.. On one occasion we had to wait for a vacant table as the dining room was full of government employees.. The pool was awesome when we could use it as it was used for children swimming school. And on our way last day, we wanted to relax by the pool, but unfortunately it was closed to Guests to host a children's birthday party. If your a tourist visiting Mataram I strongly recommending doing your research and finding another hotel.. This hotel can not recommend or arrange tours.
