The location is really great. close to lake pichola, city palace and old city. The atmosphere of the haveli is really nice, the rooms are clean and the place is peaceful. Totally recommend it. This was my second time in the place.

I loved the hotel, the rooftop view was amazing, the staff was so kind and the place is full of small details. The monkeys in the trees were the cherish on the cake!

Service and checkin experience, there is no info about how to navigate to the hotel, this is important as taxi cannot come all the way into the hotel.

Location. Breakfast was good. Views from rooftop restaurant were good.

Initial arrival and allocation of our room not what we booked, a lakeside view. We were allocated a room at the side with no view. Not sorted out until the next day and had to move room.

Location, food and views. I read a lot of reviews about the mattress, water but honestly I didn’t find any issues anywhere. I slept well, food was good and the staff was amazing.

Bel hotel, belle chambre et salle de bain

L’accueil le soir de notre arrivée. Pas d’internet dans la chambre, très peu de prise de courant et celle présente inaccessible derrière le lit !!!! Et le pire pas d’eau chaude pour la douche. Dommage car l’hôtel est joli et bien placé avec un restaurant en roof top
