Beautiful renovated building. Rooms are spacious and have everything you would need. Beds are sooo comfy. Easy access parking for a price and friendly staff.

No breakfast option. Not really a location I would stay unless I had something on in that area. Suited us perfectly though

Great hotel in a great location. Very good rooms but I had no view. Staff were efficient and very friendly. The local shops have everything you need and a lot of food choices for breakfast,lunch and dinner. 2 major tram routes run there also, the 109 on Cotham Rd to Box Hill or Collins St and the 16 on Glenferrie Rd to Melbourne University.

The view. I have had that on previous stays. Staff were slow to tally and refill the mini bar.

"Easy stay with parking, large room and balcony with fresh air."

The room was large enough and the best part is you can have the balcony door open to allow fresh air to sleep rather than aircon.

Could be cleaner. Dusty in rooms on lamp shades and light switches. Also, no breakfast facilities is a missed opportunity. Also since when do you charge $20 for parking. Ridiculous.
